降脂通脉胶囊对冠心病心绞痛患者血脂和肝功能影响的研究

The study of the effect of Jiangzhitongmai capsule on serum lipid and liver function in patients with coronary heart disease angina

目的探讨降脂通脉胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛合并高血脂症患者的血脂、肝功能的影响。方法将在煤炭总医院中医科和南磨房社区卫生服务中心中医科门诊就诊的90例冠心病心绞痛合并高血脂症患者随机分为两组,对照组44例采用常规内科治疗,研究组46例采用常规用药联合降脂通脉胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗后临床疗效、心电图改变,对比两组治疗前后血脂、肝功能及C反应蛋白指标变化。结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率为80.43%,对照组为68.18%,两组对比x^2=121.15,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);心电图改变研究组总有效率为69.57%,对照组为59.09%,两组对比x^2=112.56,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组血脂各项对比未见统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组对比TG(t=1.70,P<0.05)、TC(t=1.72,P<0.05)、 LDL-C(t=1.66,P<0.05),HDL-C(t=1.80,P<0.05).LP(a)(t=2.38,P<0.01)差异有统计学意义;两组治疗前血浆肝功能指标、CRP水平对比未见统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组对比,GPT(t=2.35, P<0.01)、GOT(t=1.92,P<0.05)、GGT(t=2.38,P<0.01)、CRP(t=2.02,P<0.05),研究组显著优于对照组。结论降脂通脉胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛合并高血脂症疗效显著。

Objective To explore the effect of Jiangzhitongmai capsule on serum lipid and liver function in patients with coronary heart disease with angina combined with hyperlipidemia. Methods 90 patients with coronary heart disease and angina combined with hyperlipidemia from TCM Department of Meitan General Hospital and Health Service Center of Nanmofang Community were randomly divided into 2 groups: 44 patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine and 46 patients in the research group were treated with routine western medicine combined with Jiangzhitongmai capsule. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared;and the serum lipid index, liver function and hypersensitive c-reactive protein(CRP) were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment the total effective rate of the research group was 80.43% and that of the control group was 68.18%(x^2=121.15), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01). The effective rate of ECG in the research group was 69.57% and that of the control group was 59.09%(x^2= 112,56). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0,05). There was no significant difference in blood lipids between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). But after the treatment there were differences in TG(t=1.70, P<0.05), TC(t=1.72,P<0.05), LDL-C(t= 1.66,P<0.05), HDL-C(t= 1.80,P<0.05)and LP(a)(t=2.38,P<0.01) between the two groups.The difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference between the two groups in plasma liver function and CRP before the treatment (P>0.05). After the treatment, in GPT(t=2.35, P<0.01), GOT(1.92, P<0.05), GGT(t=2.38, P<0.01 ) and CRP (t=2.02, P<0.05), the research group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Jiangzhitongmai capsule is effective in treating angina with hyperlipidemia.
