摘要
目的探讨支气管哮喘患者乙酰甲胆碱Dmin与红细胞分布宽度(red cell distribution width, RDW)的相关性。方法支气管哮喘患者50例(哮喘组),同期体检健康者50例(对照组),检测2组血清RDW值;对哮喘组行支气管激发试验,记录乙酰甲胆碱Dmin;Pearson相关法分析哮喘患者乙酰甲胆碱Dmin与RDW的相关性。结果哮喘组支气管激发试验强阳性17例,阳性17例,弱阳性16例;哮喘组强阳性、阳性、弱阳性者乙酰甲胆碱Dmin值[(2.88±1.47)、(8.01±0.90)、(15.52±3.74)u]依次升高(P<0.05);哮喘组强阳性者RDW[(13.86±0.76)%]高于阳性者[(13.16±1.15)%]、弱阳性者[(12.49±0.54)%]和对照组[(12.28±0.71)%](P<0.05),阳性者高于弱阳性者和对照组(P<0.05),弱阳性者与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);哮喘组强阳性、阳性、弱阳性者乙酰甲胆碱Dmin值与RDW均呈负相关(r=-0.901,P<0.001;r=-0.888,P<0.001;r=-0.649,P<0.001)。结论支气管哮喘患者乙酰甲胆碱Dmin值越低RDW越高,测定RDW可评估支气管哮喘患者的病情严重程度。
Objective To discuss the correlation between the Dmin value of methacholine and red cell distribution width (RDW)in patients with bronchial asthma(BA).Methods The RDW value was detected in 50patients with BA (BA group)and 50healthy volunteers(control group).BA group received bronchial provocation test and the Dmin was recorded.Pearson correlation analysis was adopted to study the correlation between the Dmin value of methacholine and RDW.Results Bronchial provocation test showed strong positive in 17patients,positive in 17and weak positive in 16in BA group,with gradually increasing Dmin values in turns((2.88±1.47),(8.01±0.90),(15.52±3.74)u)(P< 0.05).The RDW value was significantly higher in patients with strong positive result((13.86±0.76)%)than that in patients with positive result((13.16±1.15)%),in patients with weak positive result((12.49±0.54)%)and control group((12.28±0.71)%)(P<0.05),and higher in patients with positive result than that in patients with weak positive result and control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between weak positive result and control group(P>0.05).The Dmin values in patients with strong positive,positive and weak positive result were negatively correlated with RDW in BA group (r=-0.901,P<0.001;r=-0.888,P<0.001;r=-0.649,P<0.001). Conclusion The RDW value becomes higher when Dmin value gets lower,and the detection of RDW can be used to predict the severity of BA.
