护士执业环境测评量表的修订与信度效度评价

Revision of the Nursing Practice Environment Scale and evaluation of its reliability and validity

目的:修订护士执业环境测评量表,并进行信度、效度评价。方法:使用国家卫生健康委医院管理研究所护理中心修订版护士执业环境测评量表对5家医院3023名护士进行预测试,对602家医院375281名护士进行正式测试,采用SPSS和AMOS软件对量表进行信度、效度评价。结果:预测试发现修订版护士执业环境测评量表的36个条目均符合要求。正式测试结果显示量表整体Cronbach’sα系数为0.983,各维度的Cronbach’sα系数值为0.846～0.948;量表整体的分半信度系数为0.957,各维度的分半信度系数为0.755～0.932;探索性因子分析提取了10个公因子,共解释总变异量的87.576%;一阶验证性因子模型绝对适配指标中RMSEA值为0.043,GFI值为0.943,AGFI值为0.930,符合模型的适配标准。结论:护士执业环境测评量表具有较好的信度、效度,可用于我国医疗机构护士执业环境的评价。

Objective: To revise the Nursing Practice Environment Scale and evaluate its reliability and validity.Methods: Totally 3023 nurses from 5 hospitals were pre-tested using the Nursing Practice Environment Scale revised by Nursing Center of National Institute of Hospital Administration. Totally 375281 nurses from 602 hospitals were formally tested. SPSS and AMOS were used to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale. Results: Pre-test found that 36 items of the revised scale met the requirements. Formal test found that the overall Cronbach’s α coefficient of the scale was 0.983, the Cronbach’s α coefficient of each dimension ranged from 0.846 to 0.948;the overall split-half reliability coefficient of the scale was 0.957, and the split-half reliability coefficient of each dimension were between 0.755 and 0.932. The extracted 10 common factors by exploratory factor analysis explained 87.576% of the total variation;the first-order confirmatory factor model found that RMSEA value was 0.043, GFI value was 0.943, and AGFI value was 0.930, which were consistent with the model.Conclusion: The Nursing Practice Environment Scale had good reliability and validity, and could be used for the evaluation of the nursing practice environment in China.
