实施项目管理减少临床护理不良事件的实践

Practice of project management to reduce clinical nursing adverse events

目的:评价应用项目管理对减少临床护理不良事件的效果。方法:2015-2016年,采用项目管理方法改善本院排列前三位的护理不良事件(压力性损伤、跌倒和非计划性拔管),比较实施项目管理前后3年院内压力性损伤、跌倒、非计划性拔管高危患者评估率,评估的准确率及发生率。结果:实施项目管理以来,患者院内压力性损伤、非计划性拔管高危患者评估率、评估的准确率逐年升高,发生率逐年降低,除非计划性拔管发生率以及跌倒评估准确率外,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:运用项目管理方法可有效降低护理不良事件的发生率,减少医疗、护理成本,提高工作效率。

Objective: To explore the effect of applying project management on reducing clinical nursing adverse events.Methods: In 2015-2016, project management methods were applied to improve the top three nursing adverse events in the hospital(pressure injury, falls and unplanned extubation). The annual assessment rate, accuracy rate and incidence rate of high-risk patients with pressure injury, falls and unplanned extubation were compared after the implementation of project management. Results: Since the implementation of project management, the assessment rate and accuracy rate of high-risk patients with nosocomial pressure injury, and unplanned extubation were increasing year by year, and the incidence rate of pressure injury, falls were decreasing year by year, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). Conclusion:The use of project management method can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events, reduce medical and nursing costs and improve work efficiency.
