智能健康管理软件鼻窦炎康复APP的设计与应用

Design and evaluation of a smart phone APP for patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis

在分析慢性鼻窦炎患者术后实际需求及术后复发原因的基础上,设计并开发智能健康管理软件鼻窦炎康复APP。此APP包含知识学习、每周症状自评、用药复查提醒、圈内排名、互动平台、问卷调查6大模块。应用鼻窦炎康复APP可增强患者对疾病知识的了解,弥补传统健康教育的不足,促进患者服药依从性的提升,减少鼻窦炎复发的概率,进而减轻患者经济上的负担,实现医患紧密联系的健康服务体系。

Based on the analysis of the causes of postoperative recurrence in patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis,the intelligent health management software APP was designed and developed. This APP contains six modules:"Knowledge Education, Weekly Symptom Self-Assessment, Medication Review Reminder, Circle Ranking, Interactive Platform,Questionnaire", which can enhance patients’ understanding of disease knowledge, make up for the deficiency of traditional health education, and promote patient compliance. The improvement of medication compliance can effectively reduce the probability of recurrence of sinusitis, thereby reducing the economic burden of patients, and achieving a health care system that is closely linked to medical care. It is suggested that the method to be applied widely in the future.
