摘要
哮喘是呼吸系统常见的疾病,目前发病机制尚未完全阐明,炎症反应和气道重塑是其重要的病理特征。研究发现骨形态构建蛋白2型受体和果蝇抗同源序列蛋白3可能与哮喘的炎症反应和气道重塑有关。本文就这些研究作一综述,为以后的研究提供参考。
Asthma is a common disease of respiratory system,and its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated.Inflammatory response and airway remodeling play an important role in pathogenesis of asthma.Studies have found that Bone morphogenetic protein receptor 2 and its downstream mothers against decapentaplegic homolog-3 protein may be associated with inflammatory response and airway remodeling in asthma.This paper reviews these studies and provides reference for future research.
