Taqman低密度微流体芯片技术在呼吸道传染病病原体快速检测中的应用分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的使用Taqman低密度微流体芯片技术(TAC)建立顺义区多种呼吸道传染病病原体构成谱,为制定有效防控措施提供依据。方法利用Taqman低密度微流体芯片技术,对2017年收集的372份呼吸道感染病例标本进行42种呼吸道传染病病原体的检测。结果 372份呼吸道感染患者病例标本共检出16种病原体,检出阳性病原体125例,阳性率为33.6%(125/372)。在所检出的病原体构成谱中,肺炎支原体检出阳性率最高;其次为流感病毒及肺炎链球菌,肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等其他病原体也有检出,并随着年龄和季节变化感染病原体有一定的流行规律。结论肺炎支原体、流感病毒、肺炎链球菌是顺义区呼吸道感染病的主要病原体,今后应继续加强病原学的监测,注重病原体在不同人群、季节感染分布以及防治工作。 Objective The pathogenic spectrum of various respiratory infectious diseases in Shunyi District was established employing the TaqMan Array Card technology(TAC),so as to provide basis for making effective prevention and control measures.Methods A total of 372 samples from the patients with respiratory tract infection collected in 2017 were conducted for the detection of 42 pathogens.Results A total of 16 pathogens were detected in 372 clinical respiratory samples,and 125 samples were positive.The overall positive rate was 33.6%(125/372).It was found that the positive rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MPN)was the highest in the spectrum of pathogens detected,followed by influenza virus and Streptococcus pneumoniae(SP),Klebsiella pneumoniae(KP),Staphylococcus aureus(SA)and other pathogens,and each pathogen had certain epidemic law with the change of season and patients’ages.Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae,influenza virus and Streptococcus pneumoniae were main pathogens leading to respiratory infection in Shunyi,pathogen surveillance should be strengthened in the future,and we should pay more attention to the change of pathogens in different populations and seasons.
