慢性阻塞性肺疾病PM2.5暴露水平与呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)水平相关性研究 被引量:2

Correlation and analysis of PM2.5 exposure with fractional exhaled nitric oxide in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病PM2.5暴露水平与呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)水平相关性。方法选择2016年11月-2017年2月住院慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者50例为观察组,取同期健康体检者50例为对照组,对2组受试对象PM2.5暴露水平及呼出气FeNO水平进行检测,比较慢性阻塞性肺疾病不同程度PM2.5暴露水平和呼出气FeNO水平变化。结果 2组PM2.5暴露水平比较,差异有统计学意义(Z=-7.29,P<0.01);2组呼出气FeNO水平比较,差异有统计学意义(t=16.60,P<0.01);随着慢性阻塞性肺疾病发作程度加重,PM2.5暴露水平显著升高(P<0.01);呼出气FeNO水平显著升高(P<0.01);呼出气FeNO水平和PM2.5暴露水平与慢性阻塞性肺疾病发作程度呈正相关(r=0.75,r=0.81,P<0.01)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病与PM2.5暴露水平有关,呼出气FeNO水平可用于评估COPD急性发作患者PM2.5暴露水平。 Objective To observe the correlation of PM2.5 exposure levels with fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Fifty patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease hospitalized from November 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the observation group and 50 cases for physical examination at same period were selected as the control group.The levels of PM2.5 exposure and FeNO were detected in the both groups.And the levels of PM2.5 exposure and FeNO were compared in different degrees of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Results The level of PM2.5 exposure between the 2 groups were compared,and there was statistical significance on the differences between them(Z=-7.29;P<0.01).The FeNO levels of expiratory air between the 2 groups were compared,and there was statistical significance on the differences between them(t=16.60;P<0.01).With the exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the PM2.5 exposure significantly increased(P<0.01),the FeNO level significantly increased(P<0.01).The levels of PM2.5 exposure and FeNO were positively correlated with the degree of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(r=0.75,r=0.81,P<0.01).Conclusion The patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is associated with PM2.5 exposure,and the FeNO level can be used to assess the levels of PM2.5 exposure in COPD patients with acute exacerbations.
