摘要
目的探讨流动注射仪法能否适用于水中挥发酚的测定。方法采用北京吉天FIA-6000^+多通道全自动流动注射分析仪进行水中挥发酚的实验分析,并与国家标准经典法4-氨基安替比林三氯甲烷萃取分光光度法进行比较。结果在2μg/L~100μg/L浓度内,流动注射仪法具有良好的线性(r=0.999 7),方法检出限为0.50μg/L,准确度和精密度好,在低、中、高3个不同加标浓度下,水样的回收率在96.0%~102.5%,满足实验要求。结论国家标准法是手工测定水中挥发酚的经典方法,操作过程繁琐耗时,工作效率不高。流动注射仪法与国家标准经典法相比较,测定结果无明显差异,且具有分析速度快,操作简便,安全可靠等优势,适用于生活饮用水中挥发酚的测定以及大批量样品的检测。
Objective To explore whether the flow injection method can be applied to the determination of volatile phenols in water. Methods The experimental analysis of volatile phenol in water was carried out by multi channel automatic flow injection apparatus of Beijing Jitian FIA-6000^+, and compared with 4-amino antipyrine trichloromethane extraction spectrophotometry of the national standard method. Results The results showed that in range of 2 μg/L-100 μg/L, FIA method had good linearity(r=0.999 7). The detection limit was 0.50 μg/L. The method had good accuracy and precision. Under the low, medium and high concentration, the recovery rate of water sample was within 96.0%-102.5%, which met the requirements of experiment. Conclusion The national standard method is a classic method for the manual determination of volatile phenol in water. The operation process is complicated and time-consuming. Then the working efficiency is low. There is no obvious difference in the determination results between the national standard method and FIA method. Moreover, it has advantages of fast analysis, easy operation, safe and reliability. It is suitable for the determination of volatile phenol in drinking water and the detection of large quantities of samples.
