基于三维磁特性电抗器电磁振动分析 被引量:4

摘要 为准确分析评估电抗器电磁振动噪声大小,准确的三维磁特性是开展计算分析的数据基础。在利用课题组研发的测量电工磁性材料三维磁特性的装置测量获得无取向硅钢立方叠片三维磁特性的基础上,对饱和电抗器电磁振动进行了计算分析。首先考虑磁各向异性和磁致伸缩效应,确立了电抗器磁机械弱耦合分析模型;其次对饱和电抗器样机实例模型进行了分析计算,并将计算结果与不考虑三维特性进行比较分析;最后对电抗器样机进行了振动测量实验,并将测试结果与分析结果进行对比分析,总结三维磁特性在提高计算分析样机电磁振动准确度的贡献。
