A New Way for the Transformation and Development of Newly-built Universities from the Perspective of Supply-side Reform

在分析新建本科院校供给侧结构性改革必要性的基础上,探讨了新建本科院校转型发展的本质,并提出新建本科院校转型发展的新出路是技术本科教育。新建本科院校的成功转型应该坚持正确的价值观念,确立科学的办学定位;重构人才培养模式,确定新的人才培养目标;深化学科专业建设,强化应用性技术教育特色;建立区域联动机制,提高资源利用效率。

Based on the analysis of the necessity of supply-side structural reform of newly-built universities, this paper discusses the essence of their transformation and development, and puts forward that the new way is the technical bachelor education.The successful transformation of newly-built universities should adhere to correct values, establish scientific orientation in running schools, reconstruct the talent training mode, determine the new talent training target, deepen the construction of disciplines and majors, strengthen the characteristics of applied technology education, establish regional linkage mechanism and improve the efficiency of resource utilization.
