城市公园青年旅游者文明行为机理研究——以长沙市岳麓山风景名胜区为例

Study on Mechanism of Civilized Tourism Behavior of Young Travelers in Urban Parks: Taking Yuelu Mountain Scenic Spot in Changsha City as an Example

文明旅游行为是精神文化建设的重要内容。通过拓展价值信仰规范理论和计划行为理论,从价值观层面与理性行为层面构建文明旅游行为意向影响机制,构建文明旅游行为作用机理。以长沙市岳麓山风景名胜区为例,利用结构方程模型的方法研究发现:青年旅游者公共价值观、利他价值观、利己价值观直接正向影响伦理范式;伦理范式对结果意识有显著正向影响,结果意识对责任归因有显著正向影响;结果意识对行为态度、感知行为控制有显著正向影响;同时责任归因、行为态度、感知行为控制直接正向影响文明旅游行为意向。有效培育青年旅游者文明旅游意识应注意:注重文明旅游宣传,适当时采取强制措施规范旅游者行为;注重家庭教育对文明旅游意识的培养作用;加强旅游者参与程度,培养旅游者主人翁意识。

The tourists’ civilized behavior is an important part of the spiritual culture construction, and the research about it is of great significance. By merging the theory of value belief norm and the theory of planned behavior, the mechanism of intentional influence of civilized tourism behavior is constructed from the perspective of values and rational behavior. Taking the Yuelu Mountain Scenic Spot in Changsha as an example, using the structural equation model, the research results show that the public values altruistic values and self-interested values of young tourists directly influence the ethical paradigm;The ethical paradigm has a significant positive influence on the result consciousness. There is a significant positive impact on attribution of responsibility;The outcome awareness is of a significant positive impact on behavioral attitudes and perceived behavioral control;while responsibility attribution, behavioral attitudes, and perceived behavioral control directly influence the intention of the civilized tourism behavior. While cultivating young people’s awareness of civilized behavior when traveling, there are something we need to know. The first, to pay attention to the importance of civilized tourism propaganda, and to take necessary measures to regulate the behavior of tourists when necessary. Second, to strengthen education of civilized tourism families. Third, to promote the participation of tourists in tourism, and cultivate the sense of ownership of tourists.
