多重职业背后的“斜杠青年”现象之思

Thoughts on the Phenomenon of "Slapstick Youth" behind Multiple Occupations

深受机器工业时代"专业化"思维影响的人们认为:以多重职业为典型代表的"斜杠青年"缺乏专业性知识技能和精益求精的工匠精神,因此对这种现象普遍持否定态度。本文结合"斜杠青年"产生的原因,尝试从社会职业旨归视角、互联网思维下的就业新业态、职业生涯发展理论——终身学习社会、能力胜任模型——可迁移技能和自我管理技能四个维度来认识这一现象,引导广大青年学生坚持以追求更多元化的人生和多维度自我实现为目的,立足第一职业,坚持择己所爱原则,从迁移跨界来实现多重职业,争做一名合格的"斜杠青年"。

People who are deeply influenced by the thinking of"specialization"in the era of machine industry believe that"slashers youth",represented by multiple occupations,lack professional knowledge and skills and the spirit of craftsman striving for perfection,so they generally hold a negative attitude to this phenomenon.In this paper,combining with the causes of"slash youth",try from the perspective of social career orientation,the Internet under the thinking of new formats of employment,career development theory,the lifelong learning society,the ability be competent model,transferable skills and self-management skills four dimensions to understand this phenomenon,guide the broad masses of young students to pursue a more diverse and multidimensional self for the purpose of life,based on the first professional,adhere to the principle of choose the belongings,crossover from migration to realize multiple career,be a qualified"slash youth".
