跨境电子商务在我国进出口贸易中发展迅速。为使专业教育与创业教育有效融合,培养复合型的跨境电商创业型人才,本文在人才需求分析的基础上,从改革课程设置、实践平台建设、加强师资建设、改革考核体系,以及以赛促学这五个方面进行人才培养模式的整体设计,力求为跨境电商创业型人才培养探索出一条新路。

Cross-border e-commerce develops rapidly in China's import and export trade.In order to effectively integrate professional education with entrepreneurship education,and train composite cross-border e-commerce entrepreneurial talents,on the basis of demand analysis,this article from the curriculum reform,practice platform construction,strengthening the construction of teachers,reform of examination system,and to promote the five aspects of talent training mode of the overall design,strive for cross-border electricity entrepreneurial talent training to explore a new road.
