加强我国政府人才资源管理工作的几项措施

政府部门的工作对于我国各个领域的发展具有巨大的影响力,而政府部门的工作质量又取决于政府人才资源管理工作,所以,必须重视我国政府人才管理工作。当前我国政府人才资源管理工作仍然存在一些问题,这些问题不仅使得有些政府工作难以高效开展,而且还对其他行业的发展带来不好的影响。为此,本文对我国政府人才资源管理工作现状进行了阐述,并对加强我国政府人才资源管理工作提出了几点建议措施,对于更好地开展我国政府人才资源管理工作具有一定的理论指导意义。

The work of government departments has great influence on the development of various fields in our country,and the quality of work of government departments depends on the management of government talent resources,so we must attach importance to the work of talent management of our government.At present,there are still some problems in our government talent resources management,which not only make some government work difficult to carry out efficiently.And it's not good for the development of other industries.Influence Therefore,this paper expounds the present situation of our government's talent resource management,and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen our government's talent resources management.It has certain theoretical guiding significance for carrying out the management of human resources of our government better.
