目的:探讨影响学生满意度的因素。方法:问卷调查1745名本科毕业生满意度。结果:专业、学习成绩等因素对总体满意度有影响;分项满意度与总体满意度相关系数在0.320-0.675之间;"专业课对考研帮助很大"、"学生反映问题后,学校能及时回应或改进"与总体满意度相关性高但满意度低。

Exploring the factors affecting students'satisfaction.Methods:1745 undergraduates were investigated by questionnaire.Results:major,academic performance and other factors had influence on the overall satisfaction.The correlation coefficient between sub-item satisfaction and overall satisfaction is between 0.320 and 0.675."Professional courses are of great help to one's postgraduate entrance examination"and"after students reflect problems,the school can respond or improve in time"have high correlation with overall satisfaction but low satisfaction.
