摘要
现代学徒制人才培养新模式下,职业院校学生的职业道德教育出现诸多问题,为了探索现代学徒制模式下学生工匠精神的培育,文章阐述了现代学徒制的内涵及其特点,以及现代学徒制下培养工匠精神的必要性和可行性。
In order to explore the cultivation of students'craftsman spirit under the modern apprenticeship system,this paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of the modern apprenticeship system and the necessity and feasibility of cultivating the spirit of craftsman under the modern apprenticeship system.
