党的十九大报告为新时代高校精神文明建设指明了方向,在深化高等教育改革新形势下,高校应该始终坚持以人为本,立足于学生的全方位发展,通过对心理健康教育、法制教育与思想政治教育有机结合的"三育"教育模式进行探讨,构建"三育"结合网络,提升大学生文明素质,积极探索新形势下加强精神文明建设的新途径,全面推进高校精神文明建设。
