Action research is an important research paradigm in education.Action research includes a cyclical process of planning,action,observation and reflection.Teachers should actively adopt the action research method to carry out the teaching reform of the college students'career planning course.Relevant literature mainly includes action research in teaching design and information technology.It is necessary to strengthen the action research and career planning theory and educational psychology theory need to be applied more deeply.
