基于大学生创业大赛项目培养创新创业人才的探索——以保定学院生物相关专业学生为例

Exploration on Cultivating Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents Based on the Project of University Student Entrepreneurship Competition——Take Students Majoring in Biology in Baoding University as an Example

以创业计划竞赛项目整体实施为基础,通过对具有创新创业意向大学生的筛选、创新创业精神的培养,创新创业项目的提出、最后形成商业计划书及后期模拟企业化运营这一路径,进行应用型人才培养,能有效提升学生的整体综合素质,提高学生的就业及创业成功率。

On the basis of the overall implementation of business plan competition projects,through the screening of creative entrepreneurial intention of college students,the cultivation of the innovative entrepreneurial spirit,innovative entrepreneurial project is put forward,finally formed a business plan and simulation enterprise operation late this path,applied talents training,can effectively enhance students'comprehensive quality,improve the students'employment and entrepreneurial success.
