学术型硕士研究生“探究式”培养模式研究

摘要 针对机械类学术型硕士研究生提出一种"探究式"培养模式。改变先理论学习后课题研究的一贯培养模式,提出入学后先进入实验室,在实践中累积问题,是为"探";然后带着问题进入课堂,有的放矢地选择并学习理论知识,并反哺于实践,是为"究"。通过"探"与"究"的灵活交叉,提升研究生理论学习的主动性和针对性,促进理论知识在课题实践中的灵活运用,提高研究生自主认识问题、解决问题的能力。既提高研究生的创新力为后续深造奠定基础,又可促进研究生群体的"工程化"。以两名学术型硕士研究生为例开展试点培养,取得了良好的效果。可见,通过该培养模式可以实现学术型硕士研究生综合素质的全面提升,为该群体的多元化发展注入驱动力。 A"exploration"training mode was proposed for academic graduate of mechanical major.The usual training mode which advised theory study prior to project investigation was changed.The new training mode advised going to lab prior to theory study.The problems should be collected in practice,that is"exploring".And then the graduate should go to study the correlative theory in class with the clear purposes.These knowledges will improve the practice capacity of graduate,that is"investigating".The initiative and target of theory study of graduate will be improved based on the flexible cross of"exploring"and"investigating".The application of theory in practice will also be improved.Moreover,the capacity of founding and solving problems of graduate will be improved.This new training mode not only improved the innovation ability of graduate,but only promoted the"engineering-oriented".Two graduated were selected to be trained under the new mode as the example.The results showed this training mode was valuable.Generally,the new training mode can improve the overall quality of academic graduate and drive them to diversified development.
