摘要
面向中层管理人员的培训已经成为中小企业生产经营活动中的重要环节,也是提升中小企业竞争力的重要途径,而目前中小企业的中层管理者在个人能力和职业素养方面主要存在很多不足。本文对目前中小企业中层管理人员现状及培训体系存在的问题进行了系统分析,探讨了相应的改进对策。
Training for middle managers has become an important link in the production and operation of small and medium-sized enterprises.It is also an important way to enhance the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises.At present,the middle managers of small and medium-sized enterprises have many shortcomings in personal ability and professional quality.This paper makes a systematic analysis of the present situation of middle managers in small and medium-sized enterprises and the problems existing in the training system,and probes into the corresponding improvement countermeasures.
