新形势下教育管理学发展新要求和新思路研究

Research on New Requirements and New Ideas of Educational Management Science under the New Situation

随着高校教育的发展以及教育新形势的出现,很多方面都对教育管理学的发展提出了新的要求和新的发展思路。传统的教育管理学已经远远不能满足新形势下高校教育体制发展的需要,同时也与学生实际需要不相符合,而且也不能实现对高校教育管理工作的高效、高质量的管理。因此,本文讨论了新形势下教育管理学发展新要求,并且针对这些发展新要求找到一条行之有效的发展新思路,对于促进我国教育管理学的发展有一定的理论指导意义。

With the development of college education and the emergence of new educational situations,many aspects have put forward new requirements and new development ideas for the development of educational management.The traditional education management science is far from meeting the needs of the development of college education system under the new situation,and it is also inconsistent with the actual needs of students,and it can not achieve efficient and high-quality management of college education management.Therefore,this paper discusses the new requirements for the development of education management under the new situation,and finds an effective new development idea for these new development requirements,which has certain theoretical guiding significance for promoting the development of education management in China.
