摘要
本文以机械、数控、模具等机械制造类专业为例,以培养企业急需的工匠型人才为目标,根据个人的兴趣爱好和技能特长,打破专业界限,实施人才的个性化培养。通过成立技能大师工作室、开设工匠班、成立学生创新创业工作室,充分利用地方支柱产业的高端人才优势,通过案例教学和技能实战训练,提高技能型人才的培养质量,培养出产业急需的高技能工匠型人才。
This paper takes machinery manufacturing specialties such as machinery,numerical control,mold and so on as examples,aims at cultivating craftsman-type talents urgently needed by enterprises,breaks professional boundaries according to personal interests and skills,and implements personalized training of talents.By setting up skill master studios,setting up craftsmen classes,setting up students'innovation and entrepreneurship studios,making full use of the advantages of high-end talents in local pillar industries,and through case teaching and skill training,the quality of training skilled talents can be improved and highly skilled craftsmen can be trained.
