摘要
本文提出的"分层分段"教学模式能够有效缩小因学员基础差异性而对教学效果产生的影响。"分层分段"教学模式即"分层设标,自我定标,分段达标",突出"因材施教"、"最近发展区"的教学思想和理念,促进课程教学由"课堂封闭型"向"课外开放型"转化,促进学员学习方式由"接受性学习"向"主动学习、乐于学习"转变。
The staged and stratified teaching mode proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the impact on the teaching effect due to the differences in students’foundation.Highlighting the teaching ideas and concepts of"teaching students in accordance with their aptitude"and"zones of proximal development",the teaching mode can promote curriculumteaching to transformfromenclosed class to open class and also help students study more actively.
