摘要
目的:以甘肃卫生职业学院首届大专护理学专业学生为研究对象,探讨普高生与三校生在学习成绩上是否存在差异以及表现在哪些课程上。方法:收集我院2014级护理专业449名普高生和三校生两年内所学34门课程的42次成绩并进行统计学分析。结果:普高生的英语、生物化学、药理学等9门课程10次成绩优于三校生(P<0.05或P<0.01);三校生的解剖学、护理实践课等5门课程6次成绩优于普高生(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:普高生在英语、某些医学基础课程及护理基础课程上的确展现出了优于三校生的学习能力,而三校生在解剖课、护理实践课等课程上的成绩优于普高生。所以,我院应针对普高生与三校生的学习差异进行教学方式的改革与探索。
Objective:To explore whether there are differences in academic achievement between the senior high school students and the three kinds of school students,and what courses they have in the first college nursing major of Gansu Health Vocational College.Methods:42 grades of 34 courses were collected from 449 the senior high school students and the three kinds of school students in the past two years,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results:The scores of the senior high school students such as English,biochemistry and pharmacology were better than those of the three kinds of school students(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the scores of anatomy and nursing practice were less than them(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:the senior high school students have showed a better learning ability in English,some basic medical courses and basic nursing courses;and the scores of three kinds of school students such as anatomy,nursing practice courses are better than those of the high school students.Therefore,we should reform and explore the teaching methods to service these students which are fromdifference resource.
