摘要
针对新工科背景下智能科学与技术专业人才的培养问题,提出以竞赛引导创新和本硕博衔接与协同的人才培养模式,结合西安电子科技大学的电子信息特色,历时三十年的砥砺前行,提升了研究型人才的工程素质,适应了信息智能化发展的需求,打造了"智能+"、"互联网+"与信息技术有机结合的新工科人才培养模式,并在此培养体系下涌现出一大批优秀毕业生,学生就业质量高,毕业学生在国内外的就业口碑很好。
Aiming at the problem of the cultivation of talents in the field of intelligent science and technology under the background of new engineering,this paper puts forward a talent training mode that guides innovation through competition and collaborates with Bachelor,Master and Doctor.This mode combines the characteristics of electronic information of Xidian University.After thirty years of embarrassment,it has improved the engineering quality of research talents,adapted to the needs of information intelligence development,and created a new training mode for engineering talents which combines "intelligent+","Internet+" and information technology.Under this training system,a large number of outstanding graduates have emerged.
