摘要
在人力资源管理中,薪酬管理是其重要组成部分。随着知识经济时代的到来,吸引人才、管理人才逐渐成为了人力资源管理的难点。近些年来,社会不断发展的同时高校教师薪酬制度逐渐出现了一些弊端,甚至影响到了教师工作的主动性与积极性。因此,新一轮关于教师薪酬制度的改革已是大势所趋。
In human resource management,compensation management is an important part of it.With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,attracting talents and management talents has gradually become a difficult point in human resource management.In recent years,as the society continues to develop,at the same time,the salary system of college teachers has gradually appeared some drawbacks,and even affected the initiative and enthusiasm of teachers. Therefore,a new round of reforms on the teacher compensation systemis the general trend.
