影响原发性高血压患者服药依从性相关因素的调查研究

Investigation on Factors Related to Drug Compliance in Patients with Essential Hypertension

目的:了解原发性高血压患者服药依从性的情况,探讨影响原发性高血压患者服药依从性的相关因素。方法:采用自制问卷调查巴彦淖尔市地区高血压患者的服药情况并分析相关因素。结果:发放300份问卷,回收有效问卷285份,其中服药依从性好的有91例,服药依从性差的有194例。性别、文化程度与人均月收入对服药依从性的影响具有统计学差异(P<0.05);服药知识的掌握情况与服药依从性呈显著的正相关(r=0.315,P<0.01)。结论:巴彦淖尔市地区原发性高血压患者的服药依从性差,影响服药依从性的因素较多。

Objective:to investigate the medication compliance of patients with essential hypertension and explore the factors influencing the medication compliance of patients with essential hypertension.Methods:self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the medication status of hypertensive patients in Bayannur city and analyze the related factors.Results:a total of 300 questionnaires were issued and 285 valid questionnaires were collected,including 91 cases with good compliance with drugs and 194 cases with poor compliance.Gender,educational level and per capita monthly income had statistically significant differences on drug compliance (P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between knowledge of medication and medication compliance (r=0.315,P<0.01).Conclusion:there are many factors influencing medication compliance in patients with primary hypertension in Bayannur city.
