摘要
埃里克森认为,人格发展在人的整个生命周期里是一个持续变化的演进过程,每个人格发展阶段都有特定的目标、任务和冲突,后一阶段发展任务的完成依赖于早期任务、冲突的解决。冲突解决的好坏将对学生的人格独立、思想健康产生重要的人生影响。本文结合自身成长期间的正反两个典型案例,交流了对发展心理学理论的体会,并通过从事教学工作当中的一个成功案例,介绍了将发展心理学理论应用到教学当中的实践,最后得出了相关结论与启示。
According to Eriksen,personality development is an evolving process of continuous change in the whole life cycle of human beings.Each stage of personality development has specific goals,tasks and conflicts.The completion of the latter stage of development tasks depends on the early tasks and conflict resolution.Conflict resolution will have an important impact on students' personality independence and mental health.In this paper,the author combines two typical cases of personal growth to exchange his experience on the development psychology theory.Through a successful case in teaching,this paper introduces the practice of applying the theory of developmental psychology.Finally,relevant conclusions and implications are obtained.
