情感教学金字塔交互调控模型研究

Research on Interactive Control Pyramid Model of Emotional Teaching

从新的管理学视角分析,情感教学可以构建为金字塔交互调控模型,包括情感与知识的矛盾统一关系、教师与学生的情感交流有机组合以及情感教学的三个调控管理层次。战略诱导层强调情感教学的动机需求,战术控制层分析情感发送、接收、反馈、评价和调整的闭合过程,作业基础层则指出情感教学实施过程中的诸多基本因素。

From the new perspective of management,emotional teaching can be constructed as an interactive control pyramid model,which includes relationship between emotion and knowledge,emotional communication between teachers and students,and three controlling levels of emotional teaching.The motivation demand of emotional teaching is emphasized in the strategic induction layer;the closed process of emotion sending,receiving,feedback, evaluation and adjustment is analyzed in the tactical control layer,and the basic influence factors in the implementation of affective teaching are pointed out in the operational base layer.
