摘要 骨科临床教学是医学生学习过程中的重要阶段,其也是培养学生建立临床思维的重要阶段,在骨科临床教学中起到承前启后的重要作用。传统的骨科临床教学模式常以教师为中心展开教学,但不利于培养医学生的自主能力,由于骨科临床教学的难度大、课时少以及信息量大,因此传统教学模式不利于培养学生的自学能力与灵活运用能力,难以促使学生将临床与理论知识联系起来,提高自身的临床思维能力。 Orthopedic clinical teaching is an important stage in the medical students' learning process.It is also an important stage for cultivating students to establish clinical thinking.It plays an important role in the clinical teaching of orthopedics.The traditional clinical teaching model of orthopedics is often teacher-centered,but it is not conducive to cultivating the autonomous ability of medical students.Because of the difficulty in clinical teaching of orthopedics,less class time and large amount of information,the traditional teaching mode is not conducive to cultivating students' self-learning ability and flexible use.Ability,it is difficult to urge students to link clinical and theoretical knowledge, improve their clinical thinking ability.
