摘要
本文从指导教师的角度出发,通过总结上海交通大学医学院的一项大学生创新项目,阐述了大学生创新项目在提高大学生创新能力和严谨的科研作风、培养科研思维和抗挫折的能力以及培养团队分工和协作精神等方面的作用。指导教师在大学生创新项目中应充分承担起把握项目方向、安全执行、有效管理和经费支持的作用,该方式也是一条实验教学改革的探索之路。
From the perspective of the instructor,this paper summarizes a college students' innovation training program of Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine,and expounds its role in improving college students' innovation ability and rigorous style of scientific research,cultivating scientific research thinking and anti-setback ability, as well as cultivating teamdivision of labor and spirit of cooperation.The guidance teacher should fully assume the role of holding the direction of the project,safe implementation,effective management and financial support in the undergraduate innovation project.This method is also a way to explore experimental teaching reform.
