具有国际视野的全球卫生人才培养的几点思考

The Thoughts on Cultivating Global Health Personnel with International Perspective

当前医学教育工作的重点之一是培养具有国际视野的全球卫生人才。培养具有国际视野的全球卫生人才需要参考发达国家的医学教育体系,选择性地借鉴其人才培养方法,及时完善我国医学教育体系,调整教学方法,以不断探索的步伐跟上国际医学教育发展的浪潮。本文从具有国际化视野的全球卫生人才培养的必要性、实施条件及培养方法入手,为卫生人才国际化视野的培养提供一些建议。

One of the key tasks of medical education is to cultivate global health personnel with international perspective.In order to keep up with the development wave of international medical education at continuously exploring pace,the training of global health personnel with international perspective need to refer to the medical education system of developed countries,selectively draw lessons fromits personnel training methods,perfect our medical education system in time,and adjust the teaching methods.Some advices including the necessity,implementation conditions and training methods on global health personnel training with an international perspective were demonstrated in this paper.
