高职护理英语属于针对性非常强的教育内容,这一教学模式的开展应当将重点放在关注学生的主体作用上,努力为学生的就业形成相应的指导,提高实际的教学应用效果。以就业为导向的高职护理英语教学模式在新时期应当做出调整和优化,迎合学生的就业发展需求,为他们形成最为科学的教育机制。本文主要研究了以就业为导向的高职护理英语教学模式,并提出了相应的实践思路。

Higher vocational nursing English is a highly targeted education content,and this teaching model should focus on paying attention to students' main part function,striving to provide corresponding guidance for students' employment,and improving the practical teaching application effect.The employment-oriented higher vocational nursing English teaching model should be adjusted and optimized in the new period,to meet the demand of students' career development and form the most scientific educational mechanism for them.This paper mainly studies the employment-oriented higher vocational nursing English teaching model,and puts forward corresponding ideas of practice.
