摘要
目前,我国高校教师人力资源管理存在一些问题,影响了高校教育质量和人才培养效果,因此有必要提高高校人力资源管理水平,创新管理模式,将人力资源管理专业知识运用到教师培训过程中,致力于提高高校教师整体素质。本文主要论述了高校教师人力资源管理创新的重要性,并深入分析目前我国高校人力资源管理中存在的问题,提出一些行之有效的优化策略,希望能够对高校人力资源管理提供一定的参考。
At present,there are still some problems in the human resource management of university teachers in our country.These problems affect the quality of college education and the effect of talent training.Therefore,it is necessary for us to improve the level of human resources management in colleges and universities and to innovate the management mode.Applying human resource management professional knowledge to the process of teacher training,it is committed to improve the overall quality of university teachers'human resources.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses the importance of the innovation of university teachers'human resources management,and deeply analyzes the existing problems in the human resources management of colleges and universities in China,and puts forward some effective optimization strategies for these problems.Hope to be able to our university manpower Resource management provides a certain reference.
