基于互联网创新创业视角的工商管理专业“管工结合”人才培养模式研究

Research on the Talent Training Mode of "Combination of Management and Engineering" of Business Administration Major in the Perspective of Internet Innovation and Entrepreneurship

"互联网+"创新创业在高等院校,特别是在工商管理专业日益深入人心,探讨基于互联网创新创业视角的工商管理专业"管工结合"人才培养模式具有重要意义。本文探讨了管工结合"四位一体"人才培养模式的含义及构建的基本原则,提出了这种模式的构建途径。

Internet plus,innovation and entrepreneurship in institutions of higher learning,especially in major of business administration,are increasingly popular.It is of great significance to explore the talent cultivation mode of the business administration in the perspective of Internet innovation and entrepreneurship.This paper discusses the connotation and the basic principle of construction of the"four-in-one"talent training mode in management and engineering combination,and puts forward a way of constructing this mode.
