Effective Strategies for Strengthening the Whole Staff Education in the Ideological and Political Education of University Students

大学生思想政治教育工作中,推动全员育人保障机制较为关键,需要引起高校的高度关注。在分析全员育人内涵的基础上,对大学生思想政治教育中加强全员育人的意义予以阐释,结合现状提出目前相关工作开展中存在的问题,从全员育人理念、育人氛围、育人平台、责任机制等方面讨论解决措施,仅供参考。

In the ideological and political education of college students,it is more important to promote the guarantee mechanismof all-staff education,which needs to be highly concerned by colleges and universities.On the basis of analyzing the connotation of the whole staff education,and explaining the significance of strengthening the whole staff education in the ideological and political education of college students,combining with the present situation,this paper puts forward the problems existing in the development of the relevant work at present,from the concept of the whole staff education,the education atmosphere.Education platform,responsibility mechanism and other aspects of the discussion of solutions,only for reference.
