高校思想政治教育工作的“供给侧”改革创新研究

Research on "Supply Side" Reform and Innovation of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

高校思想政治教育工作事关社会主义事业接班人的培养,如何提升高校思想政治实效性是一项重要任务。经济学中的"供给侧"改革为高校思想政治教育工作的改革创新提供了一条全新思路。本文从"供给侧结构改革"的具体内涵出发分析高校目前在思想政治教育工作中在"供给侧"和"需求侧"所存在的困境,在此基础上,探讨了从"供给侧"一端发力创新高校思想政治教育工作,主要包括三个方面:(1)供给主体多元化和价值引领特殊化齐头并进;(2)优化供给内容,把握时代脉搏,与新时代"同频共振";(3)创新供给载体,拓展思想政治教育途径。

The work concerning the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is related to the cultivation of successors to the socialist cause,as a result,how to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important task.The supply-side reform in economics provides a brand new idea for the reform and innovation of the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper is based on the specific connotation of the"supply side structure reform"to analyze the predicament existed in the"supply side"and"demand side"in the present work of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,on the basis of which the paper makes the discussion of innovating the ideological and political education work in terms of"supply side",which mainly includes the following three aspects:first,pay equal attention to the development of the diversification of supply subject as well as the specialization of value guidance;second,optimize the supply content,grasp the pulse of the times,and realize the"resonance with the frequency"of the new era;third,innovate the supply carrier and expand the ideological and political education approach.
