多元素质教育背景下大学生公寓文化建设路径研究

Study on the Construction of College Students' Apartments Culture under the Background of Multi-element Quality Education

公寓是大学生在校期间生活、学习的重要阵地,良好的公寓文化对高校开展大学生素质教育发挥具有重要的促进作用。本文阐释了大学生公寓文化的内涵,分析了公寓文化在大学生多元素质教育中发挥着环境育人、管理育人、制度育人、活动育人的作用,提出了开展公寓文化建设的具体路径,以期为我国高校进一步开展公寓文化建设工作提供借鉴。

Apartment is an important position for college students to live and study while in school.A good apartment culture plays an important role in promoting the quality education of college students.This paper explains the connotation of college students'apartment culture,analyzes the functions of apartment culture in the education of college students'multi-element quality,such as environmental education,management education,system education,activity education,and puts forward the concrete way to develop apartment culture construction.In order to provide reference for the further development of apartment culture construction work in colleges and universities of our country.
