摘要
目的:研究在当前互联网时代下趣味性教学在诊断学实验教学中的应用效果及可行性。方法:在我校2015级普通本科临床医学专业学生中选取138名学生作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组。在对照组教学中,采用传统教学方法;在研究组教学中,除保留过去传统教学内容外,加入趣味性教学,如PBL教学法、案例教学法等,并引入微信"雨课堂"、微课堂、线上教学等互联网相关授课方法。结果:通过研究比较,研究组同学的诊断学技能操作能力明显优于对照组同学(P<0.05)。结论:在诊断学实验课教学过程中,趣味性教学可以改善传统教学方法的不足,通过教师与学生的有效实时互动,提高学生上课积极性,弥补课下消极学习的不足,从而提高实验教学的效率与质量。
Objective:to study the application effect and feasibility of interesting teaching in diagnostics experiment teaching in the current Internet era.Methods:one hundred and eight students of clinical medicine were randomly divided into study group and control group.In the control group,the traditional teaching method was adopted,and in the study group,interest teaching,such as PBL teaching method,case teaching method and WeChat"rain classroom",was added to the study group teaching.Online teaching and other Internet related teaching methods.Results:through the study and comparison,the study group students.The ability of diagnosis and operation in the control group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:in the teaching process of diagnostics experiment,interesting teaching can improve the deficiency of traditional teaching methods.Through the effective real-time interaction between teachers and students,we can improve students'enthusiasm in class and make up for the deficiency of negative learning after class.So as to improve the efficiency and quality of experimental teaching.
