摘要
生理手型即指手部发育过程中的生理测量指标,如腕部厚度、掌长、手宽和各手指长度、指长比,通过手部肌肉、血管及神经的协调与配合,完成一系列简单或复杂的动作。生理手型发育与儿童手部精细动作、左右利手、书写能力、身高预测、体内性激素水平等密切相关。儿童生理手型的评估在儿童生长发育过程评估中尤为重要。介绍儿童生理手型的研究现状及进展,为进一步开展临床和科研工作开展提供参考。
Physiological hand-shape refers to the physiological measurement indicators in the development of hand, including the wrist thickness, palm length, hand width and finger length or digit ratio, through a coordination and cooperation of hand muscles, blood vessels and nerves, to complete a series of simple or complex actions. Physiological hand-shape plays an important role in children s fine motor skill, dominant hands, handwriting skill, height prediction, hormone levels, etc . So the evaluation of children s physiological hand-shape is necessary in the assessment of children s growth and development process. We summarize the research situation and development of physiological hand-shape in children, providing a basis for the future clinical and scientific research.
