高温纳米陶瓷涂层在300MW机组锅炉上的应用研究

摘要 本文通过在某300MW机组锅炉受热面管表面喷涂高温纳米陶瓷涂层,以解决锅炉运行中存在的沾污结渣、磨损、高温腐蚀等问题,并从节能、经济、安全、环保等角度分析了高温纳米陶瓷涂层对锅炉的影响。结果表明:锅炉受热面管的抗高温腐蚀和沾污结渣能力得到了提高,锅炉运行的安全性、经济性得到了提升,且具有一定的环保效益。 In this paper,high temperature nano-ceramic coating was sprayed on the surface of the heating surface tube of a 300MW unit to solve the problems of fouling,slagging,wear and high temperature corrosion in the operation of the boiler.The influence of high temperature nano-ceramic coating on the boiler was analyzed from the angles of energy saving,economy,safety and environmental protection.The results show that the resistance to high temperature corrosion and fouling and slagging of boiler heating surface tubes has been improved,the safety and economy of boiler operation have been improved,and the boiler has certain environmental benefits.
