公路预制梁静载试验数据统计及分析

Statistics and Analysis of Static Load Test Data of Precast Beams

本文主要介绍了目前公路预制梁荷载试验方法。以32片预制梁为对象,统计各片梁在不同加载效率下的校验系数。对所有实测数据采用3σ检验法对异常值进行判别。通过分析总体样本绘制的校验系数在不同区间所占比例的分布情况,发现校验系数平均值随加载效率基本呈线性变化,从而总结出荷载试验检验系数的回归公式。

This paper mainly introduced the current load test methods of prefabricated highway beams.Taking 32 prefabricated beams as objects,the check coefficients of each beam under different loading efficiencies were calculated.3σtest was used to discriminate abnormal values for all measured data.By analyzing the distribution of the calibration coefficients drawn by the whole sample in different sections,it was found that the average value of the calibration coefficients varies linearly with the loading efficiency,and the regression formula of the test coefficients in load tests was concluded.
