绿色金融助力长三角一体化发展

Green Finance Can Promote the Integrated Development of the Yangtze River Delta

绿色金融是我国金融供给侧结构性改革的主要内容,也是助推我国区域一体化发展的重要手段。长三角区域一体化发展已经上升为国家战略,开展区域各城市的绿色金融改革创新评估将是推进长三角一体化发展的重要抓手。本文通过采集长三角绿色金融建设的制度政策、市场活力、保障措施等系列指标,构建了长三角城市群绿色金融发展评估指数,以发现不同城市绿色金融发展存在的问题。最后,本文从顶层设计、机制创新、分工合作等角度对绿色金融如何高效助推长三角一体化发展提出政策建议。

Green finance is one of the main contents of financial supply-side structural reform in China, and it is also an important means for the development of regional integration. The integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta has risen to a national strategy. Carrying out green financial reform and innovation assessment of the regional cities will be an important starting point for promoting the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta. This paper collects a series of green finance indicators in the Yangtze River Delta, including institutional strategies, market vigor, safeguard measures and so on, and then constructs the Yangtze River Delta Green Finance Development Evaluation Index to discover the problems of facilitating green finance in the different cities. From the perspective of top-level design, mechanism innovation and intercity cooperation, this paper finally provides several suggestions on how the green finance will promote the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.
