应用型本科生的培养应着力于适应生产、建设、管理以及服务。为了满足社会的需求,我们将在培养技术应用能力的基础上,下大力气做好学生的知识、能力、素质结构和培养计划。文章构建了以"应用"为主题和特色的课程与教学内容体系,强调了学生技术应用能力的培养。如何满足经济社会发展需要,构建适应新高等教育形势下的专业结构和课程体系,更新教学的方式方法,培养具有较强社会适应能力和竞争力的高素质应用型人才,如何建设成一支具有鲜明特色的网络工程专业基层教学组织是值得思考和探究的。

The cultivation of applied undergraduates should focus on production, construction, management and services. In order to meet the needs of the society, we will make great efforts to improve students’ knowledge, ability, quality structure and training plan on the basis of cultivating technical application ability. This paper builds a curriculum and teaching content system with the theme and characteristics of "application", emphasizing the cultivation of students’ technical application ability. How to meet the needs of economic and social development, build a professional structure and curriculum system adapted to the new higher education situation, update the teaching methods and methods, and cultivate high-quality applied talents with strong social adaptability and competitiveness, how to build a distinctive characteristic grassroots teaching organization of network engineering is worthy of consideration and exploration.
