Strategies for constructing information resources of road and bridge courses for enterprise needs talents

依托互联网技术构建网络共享资源库是克服教学形式单一、解决校企对接不畅、提升学生就业能力的重要举措。文章立足于构建以企业需求人才的道路桥梁课程信息化资源体系的必要性,阐述当前高职道路桥梁课程信息化资源建设现状,围绕以企业人才需求相对接原则,提出构建网络共享资源的具体对策。

Building a shared resource base based on Internet technology is an important measure to overcome the single form of teaching,solve the lack of linkage between schools and enterprises, and enhance students’ employability. Based on the necessity of constructing the information resource system of road and bridge course which needs talents from enterprises, this paper expounds the present situation of the information resource construction of road and bridge course in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the concrete countermeasures of constructing the network sharing resource based on the principle of connecting the needs of enterprise talents.
