摘要
推行师德考核负面清单制度,是我国当代师德建设的新范式。开展该范式的学理探索是基础,编制、争鸣、验证、完善"师德负面清单考核标准"是前提。已为师者和拟为师者先行"对标"自律、"知行合一"是师德建设的内因和内在动力,师德考核者"对标"开展考核建设是师德建设的外因和外在动力,只有内外因、内外力有机结合,才能不断提升师德的感召力。
It is a new paradigm in modern teachers’morality construction to carry out the negative list system of teacher ethics assessment.The basis is to explore the theory of this paradigm,and the premise is to compile,contend,verify and prefect the“negative list assessment standard of teacher ethics”.In-service teachers and would-be teachers as well should first be self-regulated“to the standard”to reach the“unity of knowing and doing”,the internal cause and inner power of the construction of teachers’morality.It is the external cause and the external motive force of the construction of teachers’morality that teachers’morality examiners carry out the construction of assessment to the standards.Only by combining internal and external causes and forces can the moral appeal of teachers be constantly enhanced.
