主跨320 m劲性骨架拱桥拱肋外包混凝土施工阶段监控

Monitoring and Control of Construction Stage of Wrapped Concrete of Arch Rib of Arch Bridge with 320m Main Span Skeleton

摘要 以官盛渠江特大桥为背景,根据拱肋外包混凝土施工过程中各施工阶段产生的外包混凝土体内应力和拱肋变形,分析实测数据和理论数据的差异,找出差异产生的原因,确保最终成桥应力、线形满足设计要求,并对做好施工阶段的监控提出改进建议。研究结果对该桥的外包混凝土施工具有指导意义,可为同类桥梁施工监控提供参考。 Based on Guansheng Qujiang Bridge, a large bridge, and according to the stress and arch rib deformation of the wrapped concrete in each construction stage during the construction of the arch rib, this paper analyzes the differences between the measured data and the theoretical data, finds out the reasons for the difference to make sure that the final bridge stress and linearity meet the design requirements and puts forward some suggestions for improving the monitoring of the construction stage. The research results are instructive to the construction of wrapped concrete of the bridge and can provide reference for the construction monitoring of similar bridges.
