摘要
为明确施用木醋液对烤烟生长的影响,以云烟87为试验材料,研究了木醋液不同施用方法、不同施用量对云烟87农艺性状、干物质积累量、根系结构、SPAD值、根系活力的影响。结果表明,施用木醋液能够促进烤烟生长,不同施用方式及施用量促进效果不同,土壤灌施对烤烟生长的促进作用明显优于叶面喷施;叶面喷施以稀释1200倍液效果较好,其中烤烟总干重达101.66 g/株,显著高于其他喷施处理;土壤灌施以每株施用9.0 g效果较好,其中SPAD值和根系活力均为最大,显著高于其他灌施和喷施处理;施用木醋液对土壤pH无显著影响。结果说明施用木醋液能够促进烤烟生长,以土壤灌施每株9.0 g效果最佳。
In order to clarify the effects of wood vinegar application on the growth of flue-cured tobacco, Yunyan 87 was used to study the agronomic traits, dry matter accumulation, root structure, SPAD value and root system vitality by foliar spraying, soil application with different application rates. The results showed that the application of wood vinegar could promote the growth of flue-cured tobacco. Different application methods and application rates could diversely promoted the effects. The effect of soil application on the growth of flue-cured tobacco was obviously better than that of foliar application. Foliar spray application was better at diluting 1200 times, the total dry weight of flue-cured tobacco was 101.66 g per plant, which was significantly higher than other spraying treatments;soil application was better with 9.0 g per plant, whose SPAD value and root activity were the highest, and significantly higher than other irrigation and spraying treatments. Application of wood vinegar gave no significant effect on soil pH. The application of wood vinegar can promote the growth of flue-cured tobacco. Under the conditions of this experiment, it is the best to apply 9.0 g perplant.
